Every year each nuclear power plant shall conduct one on-site exercise to test the plant's capability to respond to an emergency, and giving the opportunity for relevant personnel to perfect their skills so that when facing to a real emergency they will remain calm, bring the accident rapidly under control and minimize the damage.
