When a nuclear accident occurs, or is concerned of occurring, licensee shall notify the competent authorities of various levels by telephone within 15 minutes, and in writing within one hour. Licensee shall, after completing the preceding notifications, and prior to the termination of the accident, submit a written report including the following items to the competent authorities of various levels once every hour:
1.Causes of the accident
2.Current status of the plant
3.Trend of the accident
4.Status of radioactive material release
5.Rating on International Nuclear Event Scale (INES) system
6.Relevant response measures taken
