Integrated services and project management are based on the spirit of active services to coordinate internal and external agencies, and to promote governance quality. It requires the function of “coordination” and “integration”, from the stance of the whole Council, to play the role of “promoter behind the scene”. Its main tasks are "policy management", "public communication and participation", and "international cooperation"; the core works are listed as follows:
 

• Coordination and management of the Council’s core administrative and technological projects.

• Enforcement of the Council’s administrative performance management system, to promote public service quality and comprehensive effect.

• Through various international exchanges to promote Taiwan’s participation in international affairs.

• Implementation of nuclear safeguards affairs to correctly carry out special nuclear materials management system in Taiwan; ensuring all the special nuclear materials be used for peaceful applications.

• Providing various public participation platforms, to make a dialogue and communicate directly, to listen to people’s opinions, to strengthen the public communication and participation.
