Activities:

The NSC held a video conference with Belgian’s Bel V and, for the first time, the Federal Agency for Nuclear Control (FANC) to exchange views on nuclear regulatory practices. During the discussion, the participants engaged in an in-depth exchange with a particular focus on radiation monitoring and nuclear emergency preparedness and response. All parties are looking forward to continuing exchanges on nuclear safety regulatory technologies in the future.
