Modern air-conditioned, automated and well-shielded storage facilities have been constructed to ensure enough storage capacity to accommodate all the anticipated LLRW at each NPP. These include two 40,000 drums facilities at Kuosheng NPP, a 23,000 drums and a 77,000 drums facility at Chinshan NPP and a 30,000 drums facility at Maanshan NPP.
